Glenn Wienkoop and Frank Kovacs Join inno360 Executive Team

October 6, 2009 (Old Greenwich, CT) – Senior software industry leaders Glenn Wienkoop and Frank Kovacs join Spencer Trask Collaborative Innovations LLC’s (STCI’s) inno360 LLC (“inno360”) as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Marketing Officer respectively, bringing a track record of aggressive growth in shareholder value to the team.
Mr. Wienkoop and Mr. Kovacs have worked together at multiple technology-driven companies, including SDRC (now part of Siemens), Portal Software (now part of ORCL) and MSC Software (NASDAQ: MSCS). In each case, they led the transformation of the underlying businesses, including a radical restructuring of the technology platform to provide a broader and deeper capability set to enterprise clients than ever before.
